Wine Gift Pick of the Month
Humberto Canale Estate Torrontes - Argentina
$30 per bottle
The wine shows a light yellow hue, with greenish metalic reflections. The bouquet shows fine and delicate tropical fruit nuances. It is unciuous in the mouth, fresh and elegant. It has a well balanced and long finish.
Chucaro Cabernet Sauvignon / Malbec - Argentina
$30 per bottle
Reddish with purple reflections. Strong presence of green peppers in nose, and red fruit reminders coming from Malbec. It's a fine wine, and a good combination of the two varietals. Well structured, with good acidity and silky tannins.

2011 Starmont Sauvignon Blanc, Napa
$36 per bottle, $26 per bottle to go
This wine has a light straw color. The aroma is intense gauva, lemon grass, key lime, melon, tangerine, and sweet orange blossom. The taste is full and lush, with refreshing acidity resulting in a long finish.
2007 Palazzo Napa Valley Red Blend, Napa Valley
$95 per bottle, $85 per bottle to go
Merlot makes up the lion share of the blend, giving the wine its sheer power and strength, silky texture and beautiful layers of dark cherry and blackberry fruit. The Cabernet Franc adds brightness, acidity and "floral overtones' to the wine. The Cabernet Sauvignon adds structure and character to the wine, with hints of smoke, cocoa and expresso bean to the finish.
